Equinox Labs (operating as Equinox Digital Labs LLC, “we,” “us”) is a web development studio based in Nashville, TN. This policy explains what information we collect through equinoxlabs.io and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. Submissions are processed by our form provider, Web3Forms, and delivered to us by email — we don’t store submissions in a separate database. If you call or text our business line, we receive the content of that call or message.

How we use it

We use the information you send us solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. We don’t use it for marketing, and we don’t sell or rent it to anyone.

SMS / text messaging terms

If you text our business line (+1 (615) 492-9898), you’re opting into a one-to-one conversation about your inquiry — not a marketing program. Message frequency varies depending on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance — you can also reach us directly at [email protected].

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies & analytics

equinoxlabs.io does not currently use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts of any kind.

Data sharing

We don’t sell or share your personal information with third parties, aside from the form processor (Web3Forms) needed to deliver contact-form submissions to us.
